Here I will discuss how they help us in many ways:

Energy: We get energy from nutrients to run, bounce or do any physical activities.

Health: Nutrients make our bodies healthy and protect us from many diseases.

Brain health: Nutrients help our brains work well so we are able to learn and think clearly. We can do all jobs with an active mind.

Repair: If we get harmed, nutrients help our bodies heal soon.
